We're so very happy with Antoinette. We have been requesting her for around 10 years now and have never had any concerns. She's reliable, very trustworthy, and goes above and beyond (one time even cleaned up some cat vomit for us!)

I was pleased that Antoinette was presistent in her efforts to reach our place when a fire near the top of our street blocked traffic. She made several attempts to feed Merlot and sent me a text keeping me updated.

Hi Lonely Pets Club We have been using your services for years, and I have written on at least one other occasion to compliment your carer Antoinette. She is a wonderful person, and we always feel very safe leaving our animals (and house) in her most capable hands. She looked after our cats for four nights this week. We left instructions asking if she would mind giving our now elderly cat a pill morning and night. We also explained that this cat is now a diabetic, and that she requires twice daily insulin injections. We explained to Antoinette that we had spoken to our vet and cleared it with him that Stinky would be ok if she didn't receive her shots for a few days, as we thought it was too much to ask of Antionette. The vet had said while not ideal, Stinky's sugars were well managed and there were no ketones in her blood so there should be no lasting damage done. So we just explained the situation to Antionette, and asked her to leave out extra water as Stinky would likely get thirsty. The first night we were away, Antionette rang us and offered to give Stinky the shots. She had experience, and we trust her to be more than capable, so Ben told her where everything was and Stinky got her Insulin on time. We came home today to a healthy, happy cat (who is sitting purring on my lap as I type this). It seems to us that this is yet another example of Antionette going above and beyond. This is something we would never have asked of her, and yet she offered from the goodness of her heart. She is clearly an animal lover, and it was certainly the best scenario for our lovely cat. But it also set our minds much more at ease, knowing that Stinky was getting the best possible care despite our absence. Antionette is a rockstar of an employee, and you should treat her accordingly!

Antoinette did a really great job of looking after Mishka, she even gained some weight while we were away which is great and she is looking really healthy and just had a check at the vet's this week and they are happy with her also. Please thank Antoinette for looking after her and also keeping me informed at her 1st and last visit.

Antoinette was most professional and pleasant, responding very quickly when we were connected (after my booking initially going astray in the office!), was a thoughtful about watering plants and put the bins out though not asked. She also managed to maek friends with our very choosy and shy cat!

My family all met her before my husband and I went away. She was very nice and so we went away knowing that our dog would be in good hands. No one saw her come and go but each time she came she sent a text message to my daughter with a photo of him. So good. On her last visit she wrote a really nice note. All good. Antoinette is great, and we've been lucky enough to meet her and see her interact with Dingo. Dingo can be a bit shy but once she realised who it was she was very affectionate, so I feel very confident about having Antoinette look after her.

We use lonely pets when we go away for holidays, the office staff make the bookings easy and are very understanding regarding the details and the fact we are leaving our 'kids'. We will continue using lonely pets, as the carers have been fantastic, and always let us knw how the first feed go! Thanks Lonely Pets!!!!!

We have been using Lonely Pets Club to take care of our two cats for over two years now every time we go away - and can highly recommend them. The carer has been really great and our tigers are really relaxed when we come back. So they seem to get lots of cuddles. With cats hating change, it's important to us to leave them in their usual environment as they would hate to go to a cattery. So, this has been a great solution and great value for money. In addition to taking care of the cats, the carer gets the mail, takes out the rubbish bins (and wheels them back) and waters the garden. All of this has been sooo helpful to make the house look 'lived-in' and not to loose any pot-plants over hot summer days. In addition to that: The booking process is easy, they call us to confirm the details, send you a reminder beforehand and follow up afterwards - very professional approach. The carer send us texts or emails so we knew how our kitties were doing. We have been very happy with Lonely Pets Club's services and will continue to use them!

Hi there, we have just had a booking for the last week and Antoinette was our dogs carer. I am writing to let you know how fabulous she was in the heat that overcame Melbourne last week. Antoinette was so thoughtful caring and considerate regarding our dogs and put us at ease setting up a water bath for the dogs and even send us a picture showing us how happy they were.
